When you scrap the cookie cutter approach and stop following the crowd you get a much higher return on the hours you put in. Our athletes are busy and we work hard help them fit training into their life. We have a wide range of different endurance athletes such as triathletes and trail runners. We love data. We love gadgets. We geek out on the latest research studies. These things are great but what we like most is stuff that works. We spend a lot of time crunching numbers but this is only a small part of what real coaching is about. We judge our success based on real world athlete improvements not training metrics.
